"I reached out for help and ended up..."
I reached out for help and ended up waiting days just to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, it was slow and didn’t really solve anything. it was frustrating, and it made me lose a lot of trust in their support.

"Instructions were a bit hit or miss for me"
I might be a little biased because I really like having super clear step-by-step directions, but these instructions were kind of uneven. Some parts made total sense, while other sections had me guessing and rereading a few times.

"Good progress tracking, but the slow updates feel preventable"
I like that it shows my course progress clearly, so I always know where I left off. The only thing that bugs me is that the updates can take a little too long to load. It’s not a huge issue, but it feels preventable and would make the experience a lot smoother if it were faster

"Super easy and convenient"
I found this really convenient to use. Everything was easy to find, and I could fit the training in whenever I had time, which I really appreciated. No fuss, no hassle, it just worked the way you’d hope something like this would.

"and the course felt a bit too basic"
i wasn’t that impressed with the course. A lot of the content felt general, and some of it seemed outdated. There were also a few parts that repeated the same points without really explaining things in a helpful way. For what I paid, I expected more depth. It kind of felt like information I could’ve found online for free.

I tried using prosolutionstraining.com on my phone and it was frustrating. The pages felt clunky, some buttons were tough to tap, and a few things just didn’t load properly. Like I said, I was just trying to get through it on mobile, but it ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I gave up after a while. Like I said, it really doesn’t feel mobile friendly

"Super easy and honestly a relief"
I used ProSolutions Training to get my state-required hours done, it was a smooth experience. The site wasn’t confusing, the courses were easy to find, and my certificate popped up right after I passed. What I appreciated most was that it clearly matched my state’s requirements, so I wasn’t sitting there second-guessing whether it would count. For something that usually feels like a hassle, this was actually easy and saved me a lot of stress.

"The courses were useful enough overall, but..."
The courses were useful enough overall, but the weird part is a few of the topics felt kind of disconnected from what I actually do at work. I still picked up some helpful stuff, just not everything felt relevant.

"Certificate didn’t really help me"
The course itself was easy to get through, and I guess it was fine overall. But, unfortunately, my job didn’t accept the certificate, so it didn’t end up being as useful as I’d hoped. I just wish that had been made a little clearer before I signed up.

"Worth it for what I needed"
I’d say the price was reasonable, especially compared with a few other training sites I looked at. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, so if you’re just trying to spend as little as possible, you might feel differently. But for me, the courses had enough useful info to justify the cost. A couple sections could’ve been explained a little more clearly, but overall I feel like I got good value for what I paid...

"Super easy to get through"
So... I signed up thinking it might be a bit of a hassle to figure out, but it was really straightforward. The site was easy to move around, the lessons loaded without any issues, and I could jump back in right where I left off.

I liked that nothing felt overly complicated. I just logged in, went through the training, and got it done without any fuss. I’d definitely use it again.

"Finishing the course was kind of frustrating"
So... the course itself was fine, but actually wrapping it up was annoying. My completion didn’t show up right away, and I had to click around for a while just to find the certificate. I did get it in the end, but the whole process definitely wasn’t smooth.

"Works most of the time, but the random hanging is annoying"
The site usually loads fine for me, and when it works, it’s normal. But every so often a page just sits there loading forever, which gets frustrating. I noticed it mostly because the little loading icon keeps spinning and nothing on the page changes, not even after waiting longer than I probably should. It’s not broken all the time, just inconsistent enough to be annoying

"Certificate arrived quickly"
I got my certificate fast and everything came through fine. Weirdly, I remember opening the email while I was eating a slightly burnt piece of toast, but no complaints at all, it was quick and easy.
